UK routine immunisation schedule (current, incl. new 18‑month visit)

Childhood

  • 8 weeks: DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB (hexavalent) + MenB + Rotavirus (oral) [1]
  • 12 weeks: DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB + MenB + Rotavirus (oral) [1]
  • 16 weeks: DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB + PCV (pneumococcal conjugate) [1]
  • 1 year (on/after 1st birthday): PCV + MenB + MMRV [1]
  • 18 months: DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB + MMRV [1]
  • Annual (eligible paediatric age groups; from Sept): Influenza (usually LAIV; inactivated if contraindicated/unsuitable) [1]
  • 3 years 4 months (pre‑school): DTaP/IPV [1]
  • 12–13 years (school Year 8): HPV (Gardasil 9) [1]
  • 14 years (school Year 9): Td/IPV + MenACWY [1]

Older adults

  • 65 years: Pneumococcal (PPV23, transitioning to PCV20 once PPV23 stock exhausted) [1]
  • 65 years and older (annual, from Sept): Influenza (inactivated) [1]
  • Shingles (Shingrix): from age 65 in phased roll‑out (those turning 65 from 1 Sept each year) and 70–79 years (plus severely immunosuppressed eligible groups) [1]
  • 75 years: RSV vaccine (Abrysvo) [1]
